NEMA AND NAHCON RETURNS TO VP OFFICE FOR SUPERVISION  Dada Babajide Razaq reports   President Bola Tinubu has approved the return of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) to the Office of the Vice President for supervision, in compliance with their various establishment Acts. The President has also approved a formal structure for the Office of the Vice President as well as an appropriate number of technical and administrative aides that will work with the Vice President in the discharge of his responsibilities.   WIKE HOLDS THANKS GIVING SERVICE  IN PORT HARCOURT   Dada Babajide Razaq reports The Immediate past governor of Rivers state on June 18th,2023 few weeks after his exit as the Executive officer of the state ,  held a thanks giving service in Portharcourt the state capital where arrays of Nigeria politicians across different political parties honored him with their presence.This  includes both present and former political actors across Nigeria , governor's ,ministers , chairman of councils, Royal fathers , special advisers etc . In his speech of appreciation, the celebrants narrated his experience while in office to analyse what political office occupiers and appointee faced in performing their duties , he specifically narrated how he was poisoned shortly before the 2023 campaign and scenes of how rivers candidates were chosen and the drama that followed . He gave praises to God for protecting him all through his eight years as governor and appreciated his wife, family and loyalist

UPDATE ON THE EMBATTLED SUSPENDED CBN GOVERNOR  * Court orders DSS to grant him access to legal counsel  The high court of the Federal Capital Territory sitting in Abuja, has ordered Department of State Service to allow Counsel to the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria Godwin Emefiele access to him. The presiding judge, Justice Hamza Muazu granted the interim order in an ex -parte motion brought before the court by Godwin Emefiele as an applicant. The order of the court is based on the fundamental rights of the applicant presently in the custody of the DSS. GOODLUCK JONATHAN VISITS PRESIDENT TINUBU  - Details of discussion not made public  Dada Babajide Razaq reports    Former President Goodluck Jonathan on Tuesday June 13th was on courtesy visit  to Nigeria President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the State House, Abuja. The former president was hosted at the presidential office where their discussion was held behind closed doors with insinuations that the discussion was centered on advise for the new president and to officially congratulates Nigeria new president  . The visit of former President Goodluck Johnathan added to the long list of politicians across different divides which the new president has hosted in Aso rock since assuming office on May 29th.
