LAGOS STATE PUBLIC SERVICE DAY 

 _APAPA IGANMU LCDA SHINES_ 

' All works no play makes public service dull' this best described this year Lagos state public service day held virtually in categories which includes talents hunts ,eating 
,comedy, Gele tying , make up,admire etc .
In his opening address the Head of public service Mr Muri-Okunola charged public servnants to re-double their efforts through improved services deliveries and maintain the delligence commitments and unalloyed loyalty to their duties as the public expect professionalism in discharge of their duties .
Apapa Iganmu LCDA comes out top both in eating and singing competition through Mr Balogun area manager Sari and Mr lawal Mustapha of information unit respectively while Mrs Egbebi of Agric department and Mr Shola Oragbade of information unit took the 3rd position in fashion and eating competition .
In her reaction to the successful outing of team Iganmu LCDA,the Executive chairman of the LCDA Hon. (Dr) Fumilayo Akande Muhammed expressed her unquantifiable happiness with the success and victory of some of the staff who participated in behalf of the LCDA and hope more success in the coming days .

According to her ,the confidence and motivation of the staff are commendable having given all participants across the state to showcase their talents which translates to their success and making the LCDA proud .

The Lagos state public service week is an event dedicated to celebrate the public servants in the state .
This year theme' emerging stronger as a public servants ' is borne out of the challenges and critical period of grappling with effects of covid-19 pandemic affecting the socio-economic and productivity with strict adherence to the covid-19 reactions .The week also feature long and merit awards to deserving public servants who distinguished their service in the public service.

Ondo state : Gov. Aiyedatiwa campaign coordinator assassinated

BREAKING: Ondo State Gov. Aiyedatiwa’s Campaign Coordinator Assassinated By Babajide Razak Dada Alaba Excel Abbey, one of the campaign coordinators of incumbent Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo state, has been assassinated. Mr Abbey, who served as a ward coordinator for the Lucky Aiyedatiwa Campaign Organization Foot-Soldiers (LACO-SF), was killed at his home in Supare Akoko, Akoko South West Local Government Area. According to news on social media  the deceased was the returning officer for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ward 10 in the recently concluded primary of the governing party. A younger brother to the deceased, Mr Samuel Abbey, who confirmed the sad development, revealed that the politician was shot at the front of his house. EFCC DECLARES YAHAYA BELLO WHO IS HIDING IN KOGI GOVT HOUSE, WANTED By Dada Babajide Razak  Former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, is wanted by the EFCC for offences relating to economic and financial crimes to the tune of N80.2 Billion. Anybody with information as to his whereabout should please report immediately to the Commission or the nearest Police Station.  YayaBello was currently assumed to be hiding inside the Kogi Government House under the shield of his co-thief, Gov Ahmed Usman Ododo  The antigraft agency has threaten to use military involvement to arrest him if doesn't present himself to face prosecution . In the same vein ,the federal government of Nigeria has advised the wanted former governor to submit himself for interrogation to efcc.
