Oshodi-Isolo Apex leader charts new course for the party

 OSHODI-ISOLO LG APC CHARTS NEW COURSE FOR UNITY UNDER NEW APEX LEADER

The new Apex leader for All Progressives Congress in Oshodi-Isolo LG Comrade Alfred Bamidele Ogunshakin assured members of the party of transparency and quality leadership that would foster unity and project the party in the path of success.

 He gave the assurance at a meeting held with the leadership and members of the party across the wards in the local government at a stakeholders forum held at Oremeji Street, Oshodi on 4th April 2024.


He reiterated that the meeting wasn't about Cancus within the party but charting a trajectory of success for the All progressives Congress in Oshodi-Isolo local government as a united entity and this was a step to converge a larger meeting to embrace every member of the Apc and abreast them with updated informations which has not been forth coming and thereby keeping faithful members in darkness .

The convener of the meeting Hon.Taiwo Aiyedun , former SSA to Gov Akinwunmi Ambode eulogized the virtues of the new Apex leader as a man with the pedigree of integrity and discipline, he appreciated the presence of everyone especially team of party leaders whose collective efforts berth the convergence and believed All progressive Congress in Oshodi would be more cohesive, united and purposeful under comrade Ogunshakin.

Hon.Bolaji Muse Ariyoh, Hon Akeem Shokunle, Hon.Isreal Akiode (OSA), and Hon. Adebanji Atewogboye-Gbeleyi ( Skibanj) all spoke on their confidence in the leadership qualities of the new Apex leader and urged party leaders and members to close their ranks for a united front which the party is noted for, All the speakers saluted the courage of party members for their loyalty despite the surmanted crisis within the party and economic challenges .


The meeting was interactive, precise and focused as the discussion was filled with intelligence, wisdom, and share of political experience in crisis management within parties in the past.


Hon.Kalejaiye Banjoko who moderated the meeting said key points and observations from the meeting would be discussed by the leadership of the party and assured of feedback to members.

Ondo state : Gov. Aiyedatiwa campaign coordinator assassinated

BREAKING: Ondo State Gov. Aiyedatiwa’s Campaign Coordinator Assassinated By Babajide Razak Dada Alaba Excel Abbey, one of the campaign coordinators of incumbent Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo state, has been assassinated. Mr Abbey, who served as a ward coordinator for the Lucky Aiyedatiwa Campaign Organization Foot-Soldiers (LACO-SF), was killed at his home in Supare Akoko, Akoko South West Local Government Area. According to news on social media  the deceased was the returning officer for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ward 10 in the recently concluded primary of the governing party. A younger brother to the deceased, Mr Samuel Abbey, who confirmed the sad development, revealed that the politician was shot at the front of his house. EFCC DECLARES YAHAYA BELLO WHO IS HIDING IN KOGI GOVT HOUSE, WANTED By Dada Babajide Razak  Former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, is wanted by the EFCC for offences relating to economic and financial crimes to the tune of N80.2 Billion. Anybody with information as to his whereabout should please report immediately to the Commission or the nearest Police Station.  YayaBello was currently assumed to be hiding inside the Kogi Government House under the shield of his co-thief, Gov Ahmed Usman Ododo  The antigraft agency has threaten to use military involvement to arrest him if doesn't present himself to face prosecution .
