CELEBRATING A LEADER WITH GREAT VIRTUES : COMRADE BAMIDELE OGUNSHAKIN

The residence of Comrade Bamidele Ogunshakin, the APC Apex leader and Mandate Numero Uno of Oshodi-Isolo LG, was bustling with activity on his birthday.

Messages of praise and heartfelt birthday wishes poured in from near and far, as friends, political associates, colleagues, and admirers celebrated this fearless and astute political leader. Everyone expressed their hopes for his continued prosperity, good health, and wisdom in the years to come.

The following excerpts from current and former political office holders highlight the virtues of an indefatigable leader known for his unwavering integrity.

In his Birthday message, the Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, Otunba Kehinde Oloyede, praised him as an erudite politician and a dedicated progressive leader. 

Former Council Chairman Hon. Idris Bolaji Ariyoh also commended the celebrant, describing him as a leader with impactful qualities who consistently stands by the truth and embodies the principles of progressivism

The incumbent Member of the Lagos State House of Assembly representing Oshodi-Isolo Constituency 1, Hon. Ogundipe Olukayode Stephen, described him as a committed comrade who has shown steadfast dedication and loyalty, and esteemed as a leader within the All Progressives Congress, who consistently demonstrated his commitment to the party and its values

His predecessor, Hon. Akeem Shokunle, praised his commitment to progressivism and his principled approach to ideological politics. He has consistently been a strong advocate for truth, playing a significant role in reshaping the progressive political landscape of Oshodi.

At his Fagbola residence, friends, family, and political associates came together to celebrate and honor a leader whom many regarded as a symbol of true democracy within the local government.

During the event, Hon. Wale Adelana, the LG chairman of The Mandate Movement( TMM), praised Comrade Ogunshakin as an exemplary leader whose legacy should be emulated by all. This is sentiment was echoed by numerous speakers who shared their personal experiences and insights from the political journey of this indefatigable leader.

Guests were treated to an endless feast accompanied by delightful music as they offered prayers for the celebrant, wishing him many more prosperous years filled with the wisdom needed to guide progress in the right direction.

The event was graced by several dignitaries, including but not limited to Hon. Hakeem Sokunle, Hon. Skibanj, Hon. Muyiwa Timothy Olabintan (MTO), Hon. Ondo state : Gov. Aiyedatiwa campaign coordinator assassinated

BREAKING: Ondo State Gov. Aiyedatiwa’s Campaign Coordinator Assassinated By Babajide Razak Dada Alaba Excel Abbey, one of the campaign coordinators of incumbent Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo state, has been assassinated. Mr Abbey, who served as a ward coordinator for the Lucky Aiyedatiwa Campaign Organization Foot-Soldiers (LACO-SF), was killed at his home in Supare Akoko, Akoko South West Local Government Area. According to news on social media  the deceased was the returning officer for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ward 10 in the recently concluded primary of the governing party. A younger brother to the deceased, Mr Samuel Abbey, who confirmed the sad development, revealed that the politician was shot at the front of his house. EFCC DECLARES YAHAYA BELLO WHO IS HIDING IN KOGI GOVT HOUSE, WANTED By Dada Babajide Razak  Former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, is wanted by the EFCC for offences relating to economic and financial crimes to the tune of N80.2 Billion. Anybody with information as to his whereabout should please report immediately to the Commission or the nearest Police Station.  YayaBello was currently assumed to be hiding inside the Kogi Government House under the shield of his co-thief, Gov Ahmed Usman Ododo  The antigraft agency has threaten to use military involvement to arrest him if doesn't present himself to face prosecution .
