Honey Crown Oshodi Branch Ushers in 2026 with Thanksgiving, Awards and New Membership Drive
Honey Crown Cooperative Multipurpose Society, Oshodi Branch, held its New Year Thanksgiving and Get-Together on 10th January 2025 at the Society’s office on Bello Street, Ladipo, Oshodi, Lagos.
In his welcome address, the Branch President Bamidele Tomori, expressed heartfelt appreciation to members for their commitment and loyalty to the growth of the Oshodi Branch. He encouraged everyone to sustain the momentum and remain dedicated to achieving even greater success in the new year.
Delivering a goodwill message, Mr. Raymond Afolayan, President of Honey Crown Cooperative Multipurpose Society, assured members of improved and more efficient service from the Executive Committee. He urged members to spread the message of the cooperative to others, noting that “information is a key to prosperity — when you share this opportunity, you give someone a key to a better life.”
He further commended members for their support and cooperation, which has led to the steady expansion of Honey Crown Cooperative branches across Lagos State.
In her address, Mrs. Yeye IderaOluwa Meshioye, Vice President/Secretary of the Society, emphasized the importance of unity, love, and strong bonds among members, describing them as the foundation of the cooperative’s continued success.

New members were also formally admitted into the society. As part of the celebration, registration fees were reduced from ₦5,000 to ₦3,000 for the rest of the month to encourage more people to join the cooperative.
Members and Executive Officers from other branches joined the Oshodi Branch in celebrating the occasion. Dignitaries in attendance included Mr. Raymond Afolayan (President), Mrs. Yeye IderaOluwa Meshioye (Vice President/Secretary), Mr. Samson Ajobiewe (Treasurer), Mrs. Adenike Adebayo, Mrs. Taiwo Afolayan, Aremo Bamidele Tomori, Mrs. Ijidele Opeyemi, Mrs. Omolara Kateem, Master Oluwatunmise, Mrs. Adesola Okanlawon, Mrs. Kehinde Yemitan, Mrs. Damilola Adebayo, Mrs. Elizabeth Ayantunbi, and Mrs. Oladipo Damilola, among others.
The celebration concluded with sumptuous meals, music, and a lively atmosphere, as members and guests shared in the joy of a successful year and looked forward to a brighter future.
