The Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA), Hon. Kayode Tinubu, on Friday, 27 February 2026, led a delegation on a courtesy visit to the Chairmen of Isolo and Ejigbo Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) at their respective Secretariat 

The team was received by Hon. Adebayo Olasoju of Isolo LCDA and Aare Taoheed Adebayo Taiwo of Ejigbo LCDA, where discussions centred on strengthening grassroots mobilisation and aligning strategies ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Addressing the council leadership, Hon. Tinubu reiterated that the core objective of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors is to galvanise support for candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and secure victory at the polls in January 2027, including the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

He emphasised the importance of unity across all levels of party leadership, noting that collective responsibility and coordinated engagement remain critical to achieving electoral success.

 Strategic frameworks for mobilisation and collaboration within Oshodi-Isolo Local Government were also outlined, with an appeal for sustained institutional support.

In his remarks, Hon. Olasoju commended the initiative, describing it as timely and strategic. He expressed confidence in Hon. Tinubu’s leadership capacity and pledged the full cooperation of the Isolo LCDA administration toward the group’s activities.

Similarly, Aare Taiwo acknowledged Hon. Tinubu’s political experience and affirmed Ejigbo LCDA’s readiness to support initiatives aimed at strengthening the APC’s structure within the constituency. He stressed that achieving victory in 2027 would require collective commitment and coordinated grassroots engagement.

Responding, Hon. Tinubu appreciated the assurances of support from both chairmen and disclosed that plans were underway to formally inaugurate the group, with further details of its operational roadmap to be communicated in due course.

He also addressed speculation regarding a rift between the Renewed Hope Ambassadors and the Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, Otunba Kehinde Oloyede, dismissing such claims as unfounded. He stated that all stakeholders remain committed to party unity and collaborative engagement ahead of the forthcoming elections.

Hon. Tinubu added that the group would soon pay a similar courtesy visit to Otunba Oloyede as part of ongoing consultations within the local government.

The Renewed Hope Ambassadors, he clarified, was established not as a parallel structure within the APC but as a complementary platform designed to consolidate party unity and reinforce grassroots mobilisation toward the 2027 electoral cycle.
