Ewenla school off sehinde callisto was turned to carnival ground as sea of friends, politicians, party faithfuls turned enmass to give support as Hon.Ogundipe Stephen Olukayode declared his aspiration for second term as member of Lagos state house of Assembly under All Progressives Congress. 

The crowd started gathering as early as 3pm and by 5pm the space was filled with party enthusiasts who came in thousands to lend their support .

The program kick started exactly by 5.10 pm when Hon.Ogundipe Stephen arrived the venue with the chief Host Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya ( Mc Oluomo) acknowledge cheers from the crowd . The crowd was led into prayer season by Hon.Femi Ayodele and Alhaji Abdulraheem Alabi   with both Christian and Muslim prayer.

Hon.Kale banjoko welcome the guest stating the purpose of the gathering and a loud cheers from the crowd signifying agreement with his speech 

This was followed by message from GAC in Oshodi-Isolo LG and leader The mandate Movement( TTM) Alhaji Taiwo Muraina who was represented by High Chief Gbenga Arulogun , in his message Alhaji Taiwo implored party members to continue to work in unity , be focused on the party mission of Re electing Bola Ahmed Tinubu as President and ensure victory for all flag bearers of the party incoming poll reiterating his support and endorsement for Dr femi Kadir Hamzat as the party flag bearer as governorship candidate and Hon.Ogundipe Stephen Olukayode for re election , stating that the GAC member is waiting to sign his nomination form .

Immediate past Vice chairman Oshodi-Isolo LG and GM Lagos state Physical planning (laspema ) appreciates Ogundipe representation and commended him for his active role in the lagos state assemby reiterating that state Assembly requires a man with political experience, maturity and deep thinking which omojomolo has exhibited . He further said Assembly core duty is to make laws for the betterment of the people not road construction, but added that only an experience politician can influence projects to his constituency through an internal process which mostly favoured ranking legislators . 

" we should appreciate Stephen being a first timer and chosen by 39 noble men to speaks on their behalf showed he was capable " his re election is going to be a plus for Oshodi-Isolo Constituency I as ranking legislators than starting all over with a political novice we should avoid one setp forward and five step backward he concluded 

Oshodi Interest Group led by Hon. Kalejaiye Banjoko and Ben Idowu presented surveniers and certicate of support and endorsement of Omojomolo aspiration .

His Royal Highness Oba Jimoh Adebayo ,Onimedunla of Imedu Nla, said Hon.Ogundipe deserves another term because he is round peg in a round hole and urged party faithfuls to rally their support for his Re-Election and promised his total support 

Former state exco of all progressive congress Isreal Akiode ( Osha ) emphasized that the norms of the party is granting a second term to elected officers and claimed Stephen Olukayode Ogundipe would not be an exceptional. He reminded party faithfuls of the ongoing registration and enjoined them to get their permanent voters card and membership registration slip ready to re-Elect omojomolo to speak again for Oshodi-Isolo Constituency1 just a Hon.Modupe Badmus said in her speech .

In his declaration speech the man of the moment and doyen of the majority , Hon.Ogundipe Stephen Olukayode stated that his representation has touched life's across Education , employment, health care , infrastructural development and social welfare 

" on education our free coaching has touched 3000, pupils , 1200 jamb forms for our children with remarkable success rate , 100 students through our jamb forms are already studying different courses for their first degree in lasu .

Secured 200 jobs for individual in the constituency, as Executive Secretary in Agege LG , over 200 hundred that I assisted to get employed are here to testify .

Sponsor people oriented bill such the bill passed on rent in lagos ,open defication in public spaces which resulted in lagosstate government providing public toilets across the state.

He said , his representation has has always stood by his constituency in challenging time providing food support, financial support and empowerment for women,youth and young girls .

He promised not to take the massive support for granted but do more to unite the party and make Oshodi-Isolo Constituency 1 greater .

Mandate group presented six million naira on behalf of members who contributed to show their solidarity support for his election and advised him to always maintain an open access to the people, work to unite the party, protect the general interest of the constituency.

Musiliu Akinsanya in his speech said he hold the all progressive congress in high esteem and would not join the set of ingrates who are in power today to denigerate our party or threaten party members with arms and ammunition as they have widely posted on social media, we have the backing and support of the people and we wait for the party directives on the modality of the primary where we would speak with our votes . Jokingly he said " either primary , secondary or university we are ready to speak with our votes to re-elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Dr Kadir Femi Hamzat as lagos state governor and re-Elect Omojomolo for lagos state house of Assembly.

He advised Oshodi-Isolo LG youth to avoid being used as tool to cause break down of law and order but remain calm and resolute , their tenure would soon expire like those before them but we remain united in our party .

He appreciated everyone present at the event including the leaders , elderly and women but specifically appreciated presence of Hon.Ganiu Mejindade as a man of principle with independent mind and always stand on the side of truth based on his conviction. 

He debunked as fake news their claims that he was given trailers of rams , that he has been involved in humanitarian and welfare programs to the people even before they dream to attain power in local govt . 

He advised party faithfuls to remain loyal to their course and conscience but if they are called in the council for anything they should obliged , it is our money they are spending lavishly , collect it and remain resolute to voting Bola Ahmed Tinubu as President, Dr Femi Kadir Hamzat as Governor and Hon.stephen Ogundipe as our party flagbearer to represent Oshodi-Isolo Constituency I in lagos Assembly 

He also take a swipe at the shoddy road construction by the council which hardly lasted 5 months before dilapidated, and the lack of transparency in executing every project which are solely done by the council chairman. Ask them who are the contractor?

Ealier the Vice Chairman Oshodi-Isolo LG Modupe Badmus was celebrated as today marks her birthday , presented with a cake and a short prayer was offered by Baba Oloruoje .
