The decision was reached at the committee’s meeting held on Saturday, with the schedule outlining key dates leading to the commencement of the new football calendar. According to the timeline, registration for participating clubs will run from March 9 to March 23, 2026, after which the draw ceremony and media briefing will take place on April 2, 2026.
